Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hence. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our shipping rate and the estimated time of arrival are as follows:

W. Malaysia: Flat rate shipping of RM8. Free shipping for orders above RM250.

E. Malaysia: Flat rate shipping of RM18. Free shipping for orders above RM350.

This is only a rough estimation of your shipping fee and time of arrival. The exact amount will be shown during your checkout.

Same day delivery

We provide same-day delivery (except for weekends and public holidays) via Grab or Lalamove if you are in a hurry! However, we do not cover the rider fees and customers have to pay!

Please take note that same-day delivery is only applicable within the Klang Valley area.

Do you have pick-up services?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a pick-up service at the moment.

 

International Shipping Policy

We provide international shipping to most countries.

Singapore orders:

Hence offers flat-rate shipping of USD $9 (MYR 40) for all Singapore orders and free shipping for orders above USD $116 (MYR 550).

For other countries:

For other international orders, shipping fees are from USD $20 (MYR 95) depending on your location. The exact amount will be shown during checkout. Kindly note that additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.

How do I change my delivery information?

You won’t be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message and we’ll do whatever we can to help! Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we’ll always try our best to minimise this.

If we’re too late and your order’s delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we are unable to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don’t want your order to land in the wrong hands!
