Return and Exchange Policy
We accept the return of products (except for sales items) in their original condition within 7 days after receiving the package. Please ensure that products are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused pieces with their original tag.
All returns must be made within 7 days after receiving the package. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the team to process the return request. We will notify you via email once the request has been approved! Please note that The team will not approve a return request after 7 days.
Hence Studio does not cover the cost of any return shipping (except for the defective items) and is also not responsible for any lost returns. Therefore, we recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
Hence team will proceed to the refund process once the return request has been approved. Kindly note that Hence provides a 100% cash term refund policy. We will fully refund the total value of the product (excluding shipping fees).
Exchanges are available upon the availability of the product. Exchange products must be returned in their original conditions within 7 days after receiving the package. Please note that all items shall be exchanged only once.
Incorrect / defective items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a proof photo of the defective item. Otherwise, if the returned product is defective and did not notice in advance, the products will be counted as shipped out in good condition and defected by the customer itself. Hence, we reserve the right to reject the return request and send it back to the customer.
